PGS chose Essential Services for its provider of washroom services in 2008. The PGS culture demands that personal service is a given and we were not receiving this from the larger players. Since acquiring the contract for our two Walton on Thames sites, there have been changes within PGS meaning relocation was inevitable. On the strength of the service provided by Essential Services we chose to continue our services with them at our new UK offices in Weybridge, together with support for other existing sites. Essential have not disappointed. They continue to provide an exceptional service with the operatives providing feedback when appropriate. This level of attention to the customer coupled with good rates, means that Essential provide us with the value and a personal service that are important to us.
